The BugStopper version of the Simms SolarFlex Hoody’s lightweight, quick drying fabric is rated UPF 50. Simms BugStopper technology actually works, too. The fabric is treated with Permethrin, an insect repellent that is effective, odorless, and lasts up to 70 washes.
Our logo is printed on the shirts using a sublimation dye process, so it doesn’t add any weight to the fabric. It’s also super durable, you’ll be able to throw it in the washer and dryer time and time again. (Or dunk it in the river and hang it up to dry while you’re taking an afternoon nap. That’ll work.)
